History of Our Station
88.5 Radio Super FM came to be by the pioneer of FM radio in Uganda, Hon. Sematimba Peter. This was after pioneering two other popular FM radio stations in the country of Uganda. Over the years, our programming has evolved with the times to its current state; with the latest music, live shows and news.
Our Programming
For the latest music from all genres, humour and live football commentary, 88.5 Radio Super FM is the radio station to tune to.
Our live shows Monday through Friday with call-ins are "Zuukuka" from 06:00 - 10:00 hrs and "Kasenda Bazaana" from 16:00 - 19:00 hrs. Then the best live Football Commentary covering Premier League football and other popular matches is on air as and when it happens. With Super 7@7, we have a round up of the top seven hits of the day 19:00 to 20:00 hrs. The latest news bulletin is on the hour and a summary of the week's events Saturday morning.
